Quantox Technology is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager & Business Process Consultant to help our clients identify, design and implement AI-driven automation solutions. We are looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with practical AI experience, business process analysis and an understanding of how companies operate. You will work directly with clients to understand their business, identify operational inefficiencies and discover opportunities where AI can reduce manual work, improve productivity and optimize costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI implementation and business process automation projects from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct workshops with clients to understand and map their existing business processes.
- Identify repetitive, manual and inefficient activities that could benefit from AI or workflow automation.
- Evaluate the feasibility, business value, implementation cost and potential ROI of proposed AI solutions.
- Design AI-assisted workflows and write, test and optimize prompts for LLM-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers and solution architects to deliver automation solutions.
- Define measurable KPIs and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT project management, business analysis or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering and workflow optimization.
- Ability to independently lead client discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities.
- Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, data privacy and integration requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with multiple manufacturing or industrial companies.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Practical experience with AI agents, API integrations and automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Power Automate.
- Experience conducting process audits and preparing business cases for automation initiatives.
