2. Client Engagement & Technical Consultancy

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand technical and business requirements.

  • Translate client needs into infrastructure and DevOps strategies that align with best practices.

  • Identify potential risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues early on.

  • Propose tailored solutions and provide expert recommendations on cloud architecture, monitoring, and automation.

  • Maintain relationships with client technical leaders and participate in roadmap discussions for future scaling.

3. Team Leadership & Internal Improvements

  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and collaboration.

  • Conduct interviews and help recruit top DevOps and infrastructure talent.

  • Define and implement internal DevOps standards, practices, and monitoring strategies.

  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release and deployment processes.

  • Continuously assess and improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.

4. Monitoring, Security & Reliability

  • Establish observability, alerting, and incident response processes.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.

  • Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations.

  • Review and optimize existing monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 6+ years of hands-on DevOps or Infrastructure experience.

  • Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).

  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) and version control (Git).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Redshift, EMR, or other big data infrastructure tools.

  • Familiarity with cost optimization, FinOps, and performance tuning.

  • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR compliance).

  • Background in cross-cloud or hybrid deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy and lead a high-performing DevOps team.

  • Collaborative and innovative environment with strong cross-team communication.
