We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment

  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring tech roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, etc.)

  • Strong experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with international clients/teams is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → interviewing → hiring)

  • Close collaboration with project managers and tech leads

  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines

  • Improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
