We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring tech roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, etc.)
Strong experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with international clients/teams is a plus
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → interviewing → hiring)
Close collaboration with project managers and tech leads
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
Improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
